The latest Elder Scrolls Online DLC, Clockwork City, introduces one new game area that has six sub-areas or zones. Brass Fortress is the main settlement and serves as a social hub. It should be noted that this is the only area that is safe. There are no mobs or bosses roaming around in the Brass Fortress. Players will visit the Fortress to pick up quests and to take care of other issues such as crafting or to use the storage facilities. Craftsmen of all kinds along with transmutation and crafting stations are found here. Adventurers can fast travel to this area by using the way shrine. 

The Brass Fortress is built on top of the Mechanical Fundament. This is a labyrinth in which one can easily get lost. The survival chances as slim as the area is full of traps and mobs. This zone wasn't designed for non-mechanical inhabitants and its automaton guardians are determined to keep it that way. The Fundament is dangerous but it also has an adventuring appeal. A successful incursion into it can make a poor adventurer rich. 

The Halls of Regulation is the facility that sustains life in the Clockwork City. Mechanisms that keep the air optimal for organic creatures and provide drinkable water are found inside the Halls. Mechanical constructs designed for this purpose are also found here. The trouble is that the ancient automatons and mechanisms need some maintenance and it's the adventurers' job to fix them. There's no place in Tamriel free of Daedric presence. The Shadow Cleft is the area dominated by Nocturnal and his minions. The Daedric Prince has taken an interest in the City and this cannot be good news. Once again, players are tasked with whatever needs to be done. Halls of Regulation and the Shadow Cleft are delves. 

The Sanctuary of Verification is home to the Imperfect. This is a world boss. Tougher and stronger bosses are found inside the Asylum Sanctorium. This is the newest Elder Scrolls Online trial.
