ESO - A Quick Preview of the New Dungeon, Bal Sunnar

The upcoming Shadow Over Morrowind adventure is set to begin with the release of the Scribes of Fate DLC scheduled to arrive on 13th March for PC, and 28th March for consoles.
This latest journey will introduce new places, characters, and enemies that will tie you into the next Necrom Chapter to be added in ESO.
Just recently, new information has been shared to the community regarding one (1) of the two (2) new, explorable dungeons coming in Scribes of Fate – a distant, secluded Telvanni town called Bal Sunnar.
Here is what has been gathered about Bal Sunnar thus far:
The Telvanni Settlement, Bal Sunnar
Bal Sunnar is a far-away settlement of Telvanni sorcerers located in the deepest, eastern edges of the Stonefalls region.
Although primarily secretive and unwelcoming to strangers, a strong, unknown magic has since been reported coming from Bal Sunnar, catching the attention of the powerful yet dubious Psijic Order.
One of its members, a High Elf named Saresea, is sent to investigate the town, and you need to accompany him on this assignment, mainly for the sake of acquiring never-before-seen items and loot while stopping any madness that is happening there.
Time-Magic Shenanigans
Summarily, the Telvanni at Bal Sunnar have been exploiting a time-magic anomaly that is tied directly to the overall lore to be added under the Shadow Of Morrowind journey this year.
The Telvanni here are especially hostile to you, and you will only understand why once you progress through the Bal Sunnar storyline accordingly.
Due to the temporal effects and powers gifted to the Telvanni, you will be fighting various renditions of them, spanning different ‘phases’ that are influenced by the magic anomaly which affects Bal Sunnar’s environments and landscapes as well, changing them.
Different Bosses await you too, and you need to be at your best in order to survive these ordeals, even with Saresea at your side.
That being said, the rewards make up for the increased challenge and difficulty, with four (4) new item sets, titles, achievements, and collectibles available for you to unlock at the end of it all.
