Elder Scrolls Online is hosting the Murkmire Celebration. If you were looking for a reason to re-visit this zone, this event is the perfect occasion. There are rewards to be obtained. Crafting materials, style pages, and collectible items are waiting for you. If this is your first time adventuring into Murkmire, then you need to open the Zone DLC menu under Stories under Collection UI.
Start the main quest that will guide you to this part of the Argonian homeland. If you have been there before, you can easily get to the main city Lilmoth by using the teleport function. There are lots of one of a kind rewards that are available during the event. You will find that adventuring into this zone brings more rewards and that there are also special rewards that only drop while the celebration is active. Murkmire strongboxes are event rewards. They drop from all Murkmire activities that normally give rewards. You can get boxes after killing monsters, loot them from treasure chests, harvest them from crafting nodes, and more.
The contents of a box include style pages, motif chapters, set items from Murkmore, Voriplasm pet fragments, and items that can be sold for ESO gold. Bonus rewards are also obtained from the Murkmire dailies. The resource nodes have double drops. The Blackrose Prison arena bosses carry more loot during this time of the year. If you don't have access yet to the zone dailies then make sure to complete By River and Root quest and to read the Death-Hunts poster. Just like all other ESO events, this one also provides a good opportunity to get events tickets.
All the monsters, bosses included, in the area will drop these tickets. Players can obtain a maximum of three tickets a day. Check what the Impresario NPC has to sell. You can spend event tickets on Indrik feathers, berries for the Indrik mount, Voriplasm pet fragments, and memento fragments.
The event runs between February 20th and March 3rd. This is a premium event that requires players to have access to the Murkmire DLC. You can purchase the DLC from the crown store or gain access to it as long as you have an active ESO Plus subscription. For the duration of the celebration, the Murkmire DLC is available at a discounted price.
